Job Overview

Are you dedicated to providing outstanding service to guests? The DoubleTree by Hilton Clarksville Riverview is in search of a Front Desk Agent to enhance our customer experience. As the initial point of contact for visitors, your role will involve delivering a warm and professional service consistently.

Compensation:

$16 Hourly

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate efficient guest registration, ensuring accurate payment methods, conducting credit checks, and adhering to billing protocols.
  • Respond courteously and accurately to inquiries via phone and in-person regarding reservations, hotel amenities, and guest concerns.
  • Exhibit a commitment to providing anticipatory service that exceeds guest expectations.
  • Deliver exceptional guest services for all incoming calls and general inquiries.
  • Maintain back-office equipment and ensure a sufficient stock of supplies.
  • Implement service recovery strategies to guarantee guest satisfaction.
  • Process requests for wake-up calls and manage communication regarding messages received.
  • Document all guest requests and issues accurately.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with colleagues and other departments.
  • Maintain a friendly, helpful, and courteous demeanor towards all guests and staff.
  • Participate in pre-shift meetings, reviewing daily reports, arrivals, departures, and special requests.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
  • Act as a lobby ambassador when not at the front desk.
  • Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a luxury environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and training skills are essential.
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented, and enthusiastic with excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Highly motivated, organized, and results-driven individual who thrives under pressure.
  • Capability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
  • Previous hospitality experience is preferred.
  • Must be eligible to work in the USA.
