As we strive to weave diversity, equity, and inclusion into our work, we're seeking a talented Regional Recruiting Director to lead our recruitment efforts in the Southwest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of recruiters to achieve recruitment results and partner with regional leadership.
- Operate a full recruitment desk with dedicated internal customers.
- Supervise and lead the onboarding of Area, Senior, and Entry-Level recruiters.
- Partner with operational and business group leadership to drive talent acquisition strategies and align recruitment resources to business needs.
- Conduct routine in-person meetings and monthly check-ins to provide recruitment metrics.
- Develop, train, and mentor recruiters to ensure they're equipped to succeed.
- Assess and balance recruiter workloads as needed within the region and work with other Regional Recruiting Directors to establish a culture of workshare.
- Partner with the business to drive effective university relationships with top universities in the region.
- Establish coverage plans when recruiters are away and conduct routine regional team catch-up meetings and one-on-ones with direct reports.
- Involve in the selection of new recruiters and ensure recruiting metrics, KPIs, and quality assurance within the team are being met.
- Champion diversity recruitment efforts and conduct presentations to recruiters and hiring managers regarding talent acquisition strategies and tactics.
- Extract, analyze, and act on data supporting talent acquisition strategies and partner with HR to contribute to the entire employee lifecycle.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 7 years of progressive recruitment experience within the Region.
- Previous experience leading recruiters either as a supervisor or mentor.
- Expert-level knowledge of recruitment technologies and strategies.
- Strong communication skills (interpersonal, written, and presentation).
- Proven ability to partner with senior leadership.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree.
- AEC Industry experience.
- Resides or willing to relocate to the defined Region.
