Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Talent Acquisition Manager in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and other platforms.
  • Conduct proactive outreach to passive candidates via phone, social media, and other communication avenues.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other tracking systems with candidate information and recruitment progress.
  • Assist in preparing job descriptions and posting job openings on various platforms.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
  • Support the onboarding process by coordinating with HR and other departments to ensure new hires have a seamless start.
  • Participate in job fairs, campus recruiting, and other talent acquisition events.
  • Assist in preparing recruitment reports and analyzing key metrics.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • ~1-2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a related role.
  • ~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • ~ Experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse - ATS).
  • ~ Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
