Strategic Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager-Bilingual to lead and manage the recruitment function across our company's operations. This full-time, onsite role is based in Irvine, California, requiring presence in the office 5 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, with a focus on sourcing and hiring talent that meets the specific demands of the insurance industry.
Industry-Specific Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with senior management to design and implement recruitment strategies that address the unique challenges and needs of the insurance sector, including roles related to underwriting, claims, compliance, and actuarial functions.
Full Lifecycle Recruitment: Oversee the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, with a particular emphasis on finding candidates with insurance industry experience. Ensure a smooth and efficient process that aligns with industry-specific compliance and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Experience: Must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in recruitment, must have at least 3 years managing a team of recruiters. Experience in the insurance industry is strongly preferred.
Bilingual: Fluency in English and Spanish is a must-have. Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to develop and implement successful recruitment strategies within the insurance industry. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is essential.
Education: A bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
