Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team at Perdue Farms. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for processing poultry products in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work at various stations along the production line processing poultry food products
  • Adhere to all safety requirements, including PPE, preventing and reporting unsafe acts and conditions
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Participate in Company and department safety programs
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 6 months of consecutive work history with one employer within the past 3 years
  • Experience in poultry processing/manufacturing environment preferred
Work Environment

When working in a plant environment, you may be exposed to:

  • Wet and moist floors with metal and plastic grating surfaces
  • Temperatures ranging from 28 to 100 degrees Fahrenheit with 100% humidity
  • Noise levels of 50 to 110 decibels
  • Dust, feathers, and chemicals used in poultry processing

You will be required to wear and use protective and safety equipment as directed by the Company.
