Job Title: Associate Product Manager - Lifecycle

Job Summary:

We are seeking an Associate Product Manager to support the Enterprise Product team in researching and providing analyses to support product strategy and development. The successful candidate will enhance existing products and processes by coordinating required activities.

Key Responsibilities:

25% Support Enterprise Product Vision and Strategy:
  • Collaborate with leadership to define product vision and strategy.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform product strategy.
  • Support product teams with vision and strategy integration into roadmaps.
25% Measure Product Maturity:
  • Define KPIs and metrics for product maturity.
  • Assist in tracking and reporting metrics.
  • Develop dashboards and reports, analyze data for product improvements.
25% Support Innovation Efforts:
  • Gather and validate requirements with stakeholders.
  • Translate ideas into actionable features and user stories.
  • Align roadmaps with strategic goals.
25% Support Product Transformation:
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Support Agile methodologies and product management best practices.
  • Facilitate workshops and training for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:

Education Level:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Experience:
  • 3-5 years in Product Lifecycle Management or Product Development.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
  • Highly developed analytical skills.
  • Effective communication of complex issues.
  • Strong relationship-building and conflict resolution skills.
  • Innovative problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Additional Skills:
  • Product Management.
  • Product Development.
  • Program Management.
Note:
