About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with prior experience in the apartment management industry to assist with leasing activities, including responding to inquiries, touring apartments, and processing rental applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to leasing inquiries and follow up on leads to ensure timely and efficient leasing process.
  • Assist with developing marketing plans and posting advertisements to attract potential residents.
  • Process rental applications, execute leases, and collect deposits in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a smooth transition for residents.
  • Process maintenance requests and work orders to maintain a high level of resident satisfaction.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in the apartment management industry with lease-up experience, preferred.
  • Ability to multitask, achieve deadlines, and work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and writing skills with ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Basic computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Knowledge of Yardi and CRM systems.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
