Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Operations Coordinator to join our team at iSoftTek Solutions Inc. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of service work orders, while maintaining compliance with contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate service work orders and maintain communication with internal customers
  • Analyze and review requests for quote to ensure accurate quotes and orders
  • Record and track time and travel expenses related to service personnel
  • Invoice service work orders and ensure bookings are correct
  • Resolve discrepancies on service work orders
  • Support AR aging inquiries and follow to resolution
  • Manage and maintain optimum communications with internal customers
  • Coordinate with various departments to facilitate team collaboration and timely delivery of orders
  • Organize and prioritize daily and ongoing requests from internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist in overseeing work quality and productivity of staff

Requirements:

  • Technical knowledge and experience in maritime and energy industry preferred
  • Exceptional customer service orientation
  • Technical sales knowledge preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documents preferred
  • Solid negotiation skills
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks and prioritize based on business need
  • Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Experience in an ERP system

Education and Experience:

An associate's or bachelor's degree in procurement, supply chain and distribution, technical science or other related area, or equivalent experience of a minimum of 3 years related work experience.
