Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Manager to oversee and develop sales in the auto finance industry. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in outside sales, preferably in the auto finance or insurance sector.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with auto dealers to drive business growth.
  • Create customized programs to meet the unique needs of each dealer.
  • Establish and implement quarterly Business Development Plans to effectively market and manage territories.
  • Promote company services at local, state, and national auto dealer association shows, auctions, and functions.
  • Collaborate with regional service centers to provide exceptional customer service to dealers.
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in financial sales, preferably in the auto finance industry.
  • Self-motivated individual with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and phone communication skills, with the ability to relate to all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to travel, including occasional overnight stays.
