Electronics Sales and Business Development Manager

LTF Technology, a pioneering developer and manufacturer of innovative electronic products, seeks an experienced Electronics Sales and Business Development Manager to spearhead new business opportunities and manage existing OEM customer accounts.
Job Responsibilities- Sales Growth: Expand sales within the Lighting manufacturers & electrical distribution and national sales channels, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
- Customer Engagement: Collaborate with OEM Purchasers/engineers and lighting designers to introduce LTF products, leveraging their advantages and building strong relationships with customers.
- Territory Management: Accountable for achieving sales, prices, and profit margins with customers within the territory, ensuring seamless account relationships at all levels.
- Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with internal resources to obtain objectives, involving engineering force and marketing support as needed.
- A strong B2B Sales and customer-focused background with experience in building customer confidence, increasing customer satisfaction, and responding promptly to customers' needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, management, and customers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales results, expectations, market trends, and competition.
LTF Technology develops and manufactures advanced OEM LED Products, providing solutions for various applications. Founded in 2007, we have expanded our product range, serving US and international lighting companies. We offer custom development of new products in short lead times, maintaining product excellence and efficiency.
Estimated Salary Range:$90,000 - $120,000 per annum, based on location (Huntley, IL) and industry standards.
