About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Territory Manager to join our team at CAR Financial Services. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strong relationships with auto dealers across the country.

CAR Financial is a national company and industry leading provider of financial services for independent auto dealers. Our comprehensive range of financial programs is designed to improve cash flow and support capital needs for sub-prime automobile dealers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with auto dealers to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Create customized programs to meet the specific needs of each auto dealer.
  • Establish and implement quarterly Business Development Plans to effectively market and manage territories.
  • Promote CAR Financial's services at local, state, and national auto dealer association shows, auctions, and functions.
  • Collaborate with regional service centers to provide exceptional service to dealers.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the auto finance or insurance industry.
  • Demonstrated success in financial sales, with a track record of achieving high targets.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and phone communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with all levels of the organization.
  • Able to travel extensively, including overnight stays.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
