CORT Furniture Rental is seeking a dynamic and strategic sales professional who excels in building relationships and thrives in a competitive environment to manage the Fort Worth territory.
The Residential Account Manager will be tasked with cultivating and sustaining CORT's business connections within a designated geographic area.
The primary focus will be on multi-family communities, with additional residential sectors including students, athletes, military personnel, real estate, and more.
This is a full-time, field-based sales role that may involve travel up to five days a week.Compensation:
Salary range of $58,000-$63,000 annually, plus commission, with an OTE of $80,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive market share growth by identifying new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, attending industry events/trade shows, and conducting market research
Introduce new services to existing clients
Utilize virtual tools and social media to engage with prospects and current clients
Deliver Value-Based Solutions to key decision-makers both in-person and virtually
Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives; express gratitude to clients in innovative ways
Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and manage the sales pipeline throughout the entire sales cycle
Collaborate with sales management, inside sales, contact center, operations, and commercial teams to optimize revenue and enhance customer service
Qualifications:
Experience in outside B2B sales
Proficient in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
Outstanding presentation abilities
Strong time management and self-organization skills; self-driven
Experience in Multi-Family settings—onsite property experience or familiarity with the rental lifecycle
Knowledge of property management technologies such as Yardi, Onsite, or RealPage
Willingness to attend occasional after-hours events
