Job Title: Account Manager - Sales

Reports To: Chief Sales Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our sales team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business through networking and cold calling, and then cultivating long-term, trusted relationships with prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and acquire new business with named Enterprise Accounts to achieve growth objectives.
  • Client Qualification: Qualify Executive prospects and convert them into decision-makers to drive business expansion.
  • Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong, trusted advisor relationships with prospective clients through effective communication.
  • Order Management: Oversee the entire order process and ensure timely fulfillment of client solutions.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Streamline processes to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Opportunity Management: Manage and capitalize on opportunities to deliver high-caliber professionals to client accounts.
  • Service Delivery: Coordinate the delivery of professional services and solutions in alignment with client needs.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans in partnership with the sales team.
  • Communication: Relay client needs and feedback to the recruiting team for effective solution delivery.
  • Opportunity Identification: Discover and pursue new opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate and close new business deals to meet and exceed quarterly targets focused on account growth and gross margin.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $65,000 - $95,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
  • Additional Compensation: Uncapped Commission with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $150,000 in the first year.
