HR Assistant Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Assistant to support the UST Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of HR processes, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Assist the AVP in day-to-day HR operations, maintain employee records, and prepare HR documents.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Support the recruitment process, assist with onboarding new hires, and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, help manage employee benefit programs, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Compliance and Record-Keeping: Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations, and assist with audits and compliance checks as needed.
  • HR Projects and Initiatives: Participate in HR projects, such as performance management, training, and development programs.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, proven experience as an HR Assistant, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.

Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, friendly, and approachable with a positive attitude and strong ethical standards.
