Customer Service Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual customer service representative to join our team at PeopleShare. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients while working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients in applying for medical assistance
  • Enter patient homes and communicate with individuals to obtain patient information
  • Accurately document patient information and complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Vaccinated due to hospital setting
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and organized
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft applications: Outlook, Word, and Excel

Work Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday, 9:30am-6:00pm

Pay: $22 per hour (temp to perm)
