Job Summary:

As a key member of our National IT Services department, you will play a vital role in driving our technology forward. Your innovations will touch every part of our organization, from Finance and Project Management to Logistics, Operations, and Warehouse.

Working closely with our team of IT Managers, Analysts, Specialists, and Service Desk Technicians, you will help drive cutting-edge initiatives that will ensure the success of our company and your career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Collaborate with National Services Offices, divisions, and stores to resolve technical issues.
  • Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance business operations.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate level of support and management.
  • Perform assigned tasks accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with applicable policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and work under strict deadlines.
  • Proficient with office productivity software.
  • Knowledge of business systems and processing requirements.
