We are a premier senior living community in Clayton, NC, dedicated to providing exceptional care and services to our residents. We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Assistant Executive Director to join our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director to oversee daily operations, ensuring high-quality care and services.
  • Lead and support department heads and staff to maintain high performance, team engagement, and positive resident outcomes.
  • Assist in budgeting, financials, and regulatory compliance, ensuring the safety and well-being of all residents.
  • Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and staff, promoting a culture of respect and accountability.
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Play an active role in resident admissions, retention, and satisfaction initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Must hold a valid NC Assisted Living Administrator License.
  • Proven experience in senior living or healthcare management.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a high level of organization in a dynamic environment.
