Administrative Support Specialist

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an entry-level Office Administrator for our PCI Atlanta operations based in Fayetteville, GA. This individual will be responsible for assisting in payroll process and accounts payable, responding to incoming calls with excellent customer service, new employee orientation, processing travel and expense requests, assisting in customer billing and collection of past due accounts, and assisting in contract management and providing support to Branch Manager, Project Managers, and Estimators as needed.
**Requirements:**
* Minimum 1 year of office administration experience
* Ability to be a self-starter and multitask
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Strong customer service skills
* Strong organization skills and attention to detail
* Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
**Preferred Requirements:**
* Experience with payroll and/or accounts payable
* Experience working in the construction industry
* Local to the Atlanta metro area
