Job Title: Senior IT Manager – SharePoint Lead

Location: On-site at a secure government facility

Job Description: ASRC Federal Holding Company is seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Manager – SharePoint Lead to support our customer's IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of IT professionals in the design, planning, implementation, and maintenance of complex SharePoint and Windows Server environments.
  • Develop and implement IT strategies to improve system performance, security, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize IT projects and initiatives.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SharePoint and Windows Server technologies and best practices.

Requirements:

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least Eight (8) years of experience in SharePoint administration, installation, migration, implementation, topology, and server configuration.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading IT projects and teams, with strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Required to be proficient with software, tools, and programming languages used in IT systems, including war fighting reporting systems.
  • Experience with SharePoint administration for the US Army and on Command and Control (C2) systems is highly desired.

CERTIFICATIONS:

  • IAM Level II

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

CLEARANCE LEVEL:

  • Top Secret with SCI eligibility

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • This role will be full-time on-site at a secure government facility.
