Position Overview

Business Technology Integrators (BTI) is in search of a Senior SharePoint Administrator to manage both on-premises and cloud-based O365 environments while spearheading systems engineering initiatives within a critical government project. This position emphasizes IT service delivery, facilitating migration to the Intelligence Community (IC) information sharing framework, and providing technical assistance to the Department of Energy (DOE) and the United States Intelligence Community (USIC).

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with stakeholders to collect and analyze requirements.
  • Deliver SharePoint support and training sessions for end users.
  • Construct sites utilizing standard tools available.
  • Oversee content databases and manage user access rights.
  • Revise and enhance existing site interfaces.
  • Generate and sustain documentation for SharePoint policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the migration of content.
  • Install, configure, and perform upgrades on SharePoint systems.
  • Ensure system security and operational stability.
  • Design and implement the SharePoint infrastructure.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • Over 10 years of experience as a technical architect is required.
  • An active Top Secret clearance is essential.
  • Proficient technical experience with Microsoft stack technologies.
  • Experience in supporting SharePoint Farms is necessary.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Ability to effectively navigate and resolve complex problems.
  • Familiarity with the change management process.
  • Experience with migrating to SharePoint Online.
  • Knowledge of migration tools such as Sharegate.
  • Basic understanding of virtualization, networking, and system integration.
