About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team at Resulticks. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, prospecting, and outreach.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales plans.
  • Provide regular sales pipeline updates and forecasts to the sales team.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of sales experience in a B2B or B2B2C environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong research, prospecting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
