Position Summary
In the role of Store Manager at Lennox, you will spearhead a dedicated team of customer service professionals, significantly influencing the financial success and operational efficiency of your Lennox location. Compensation
The compensation range for this role is approximately $61,200 - $72,500, contingent upon the candidate's qualifications, experience, and educational background.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop the inside sales team and warehouse personnel, emphasizing exceptional customer service and robust selling capabilities.
- Drive the sales of replacement components and aftermarket products to the dealer network, contractors, and other relevant business sectors.
- Take ownership of the local market, achieving results aligned with established sales, growth, and profitability objectives by collaborating with Sales to explore new sales opportunities.
- Maintain a customer-ready, professionally displayed showroom, warehouse, and surrounding premises.
- Coordinate with transportation providers for daily shipments.
- Champion an ongoing Environmental, Health, and Safety program.
- Tailor inventory to meet the demands of the local market.
- Ensure precise inventory management through cycle counting and operational excellence.
