The compensation range for this role is approximately $61,200 - $72,500, contingent upon the candidate's qualifications, experience, and educational background.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop the inside sales team and warehouse personnel, emphasizing exceptional customer service and robust selling capabilities.
  • Drive the sales of replacement components and aftermarket products to the dealer network, contractors, and other relevant business sectors.
  • Take ownership of the local market, achieving results aligned with established sales, growth, and profitability objectives by collaborating with Sales to explore new sales opportunities.
  • Maintain a customer-ready, professionally displayed showroom, warehouse, and surrounding premises.
  • Coordinate with transportation providers for daily shipments.
  • Champion an ongoing Environmental, Health, and Safety program.
  • Tailor inventory to meet the demands of the local market.
  • Ensure precise inventory management through cycle counting and operational excellence.
