Retail Store Operations Manager

We're seeking a Store Manager to lead our retail store operations with a focus on quality and service. This professional will oversee daily store operations, including open and closing procedures, work order management, and customer service. They will also drive team performance to ensure key performance indicators and company goals are met or exceeded.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing high levels of customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for customers
  • Overseeing the daily operations of the store, including open and closing procedures, work order management, and inventory management
  • Driving team performance to ensure key performance indicators and company goals are met or exceeded
  • Ensuring that every technician is SafeTechTM certified and providing training and coaching to ensure quality installs or repairs
  • Providing guidance and positive reinforcement surrounding proper vehicle and equipment maintenance and required recordkeeping

Requirements include:

  • 3+ years of leadership experience with an innovative approach toward incenting performance
  • ~3-5 years of experience in retail or service center environments; automotive experience preferred
  • ~ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, web applications, and general office equipment
  • ~ Present a professional appearance and wear personal protective equipment
