Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Education Specialist to join our team at Spurwink Services. As an integral part of our special needs classrooms, you will collaborate with teachers to support students with behavioral, emotional, and developmental challenges.

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Support students with treatment goals and educational services throughout the school day.
• Provide supervision and crisis intervention as needed.
• Plan and supervise activities for students.
• Work closely with a team of clinical professionals as a member of a comprehensive treatment team.

**Requirements:**
Our ideal candidate must have, or be eligible for, Maine Department of Education Educational Technician III certification by having earned a bachelor's degree (preferred) or by having earned a minimum of 90 college credits from an accredited university (required).

**What We Offer:**
A competitive salary of $22-$26 per hour based on experience, plus a robust benefits package including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, retirement account with matching contribution, identity theft insurance, and pet insurance.
