Clinical Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Nurse Specialist - Oncology to join our team at MaineHealth. The successful candidate will bring expertise in clinical nursing, patient care, and education to support the clinical staff, patients, and families.
This position requires excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. The ideal applicant should have an advanced nursing degree (MSN or Doctorate), a current RN license with a minimum of three years of clinical nursing experience, and experience in a leadership role. Knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices for clinical staff is essential.
The Clinical Nurse Specialist will be a key member of the nursing team and Oncology team, delivering quality patient care and education to the clinical staff. This position offers the opportunity to grow professionally in a rewarding and supportive environment.
