We are currently seeking a skilled Outside Sales Consultant to address immediate market demands and capitalize on growth opportunities. Ideal candidates are self-driven, committed, and possess exceptional customer service skills, with a strong desire to contribute to the financial success of a multi-billion-dollar enterprise. This role involves field-based sales activities, focusing on customer engagement in the Salt Lake City region, requiring daily travel throughout the designated territory. The company provides a fuel card, auto allowance, travel and expense card, as well as a company cell phone and laptop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture relationships with a designated customer portfolio, collaborating with vendors and branch associates to ensure satisfaction with our products and services, from order placement to delivery and beyond.

• Identify and actively seek new business opportunities to broaden the existing customer base, working alongside management to develop effective sales strategies and target new accounts.

• Execute various tasks, including product quotations and resolving customer issues.

• Analyze competitive landscape within the territory, formulate sales strategies, and communicate these strategies to management.

• Continuously enhance sales skills and product knowledge to maintain a professional image in the field.

• Document all sales activities in our internal Customer Relationship Management tool (Salesforce) for ongoing assessment of the new business pipeline and measurement of sales closure outcomes.


Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience, particularly in servicing property managers and maintenance/facility managers across Multifamily, Hospitality, Senior Living, and Education/Government sectors.

• Successful candidates will be results-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of completing tasks efficiently while fostering relationships in a team-oriented environment.

• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills are essential.

• Problem-solving, leadership, and active listening abilities are crucial.

• General digital literacy is required.

• Self-motivated individuals who can multitask and learn quickly will excel in this role.


This position offers a competitive salary plus commission structure, with an estimated first-year total compensation range of $65,000 - $85,000 annually.
