  • Meet and exceed company sales objectives by applying effective sales strategies and product expertise to fulfill customer requirements.

  • Manage merchandise handling, presentation, and loss prevention in accordance with management guidelines.
  • Assist in executing visual merchandising directives and maintaining store organization.
  • Provide exceptional customer service in alignment with company expectations.
  • Address customer inquiries and issues swiftly.
  • Facilitate a smooth checkout experience while encouraging additional purchases.
  • Enroll customers in loyalty initiatives.
  • Aid in store replenishment and fulfillment tasks.
  • Support visual merchandising efforts and uphold store cleanliness.

COLLABORATION AND DEVELOPMENT:

  • Promote teamwork and collaborative problem-solving.
  • Pursue opportunities for personal growth and constructive feedback.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in retail or sales is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities.
  • Capability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
  • Occasionally lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Climbing may be necessary.
