A minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant facility management and preventative maintenance is required, along with a Bachelor's degree in project management or equivalent field experience.

This role plays a key part in budgeting, vendor management, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure operational excellence across multiple locations. The Facilities Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing system-wide waste grease removal, managing grease trap maintenance programs, and administering the vent hood compliance program.
