About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Operations Coordinator to join our team at the U S National Whitewater Center. As a key member of our Facilities Department, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in facilities management, with a strong background in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or a related field. They will possess excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.

In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling, coordinating, supervising, and leading projects and crews. You will also support the hiring process and onboarding of new employees, manage and prioritize assigned work orders, and work closely with the Facilities Administrator on daily and weekly tasks.

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
