This involves creating success plans to familiarize clients with the platform, managing onboarding projects, assisting clients in selecting the most suitable enablement paths, and continuously evaluating their adoption levels.

You will develop a risk management strategy and collaborate with the account team to guide clients toward success.

Technical Support:
Maintain an in-depth understanding of Cervin's products and provide clients with insights on best practices for implementation and adoption.

Proactive Sales:
Monitor client progress against their key objectives and identify opportunities for upselling additional products and services, as well as new features that enhance the value of our solutions.

Develop a deep understanding of your clients' needs and establish trust to become an integral part of their team.

Offer tailored guidance to help clients maximize their investment in Cervin.

Champion Development & Executive Engagement:
Excel at building relationships with key advocates within client organizations who actively promote Cervin's value.

Partner with these champions to leverage success metrics and insights to secure executive sponsorship.

Focus on Renewals and Growth:
Be comfortable managing a portfolio and providing weekly forecasts.

Collaborate with clients, sales, and deal desk to ensure timely execution of renewal agreements and identify opportunities for account expansion.

Candidate Profile:

Self-Starter with Entrepreneurial Spirit:
Demonstrate a proactive approach to your responsibilities, maintaining a sense of urgency in a dynamic environment.

Commitment to Learning and Development:
Show enthusiasm for continuous improvement and personal growth at Cervin, actively seeking and providing feedback.

Curiosity and Critical Thinking:
Exhibit a strong desire for knowledge and a natural inclination to ask questions.

Exceptional Communication Skills:
Possess outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

Organized and Independent:
Effectively manage your workload with a structured approach to time management, requiring minimal external direction.

Adaptability:
Thrive in a fast-paced and evolving organizational landscape.

Sales Proficiency:
Demonstrate strong negotiation skills and a readiness to manage a revenue target. This role is focused on commercial success.

Problem-Solving Skills:
Possess strong analytical abilities and enjoy tackling complex client challenges, escalating issues when necessary in a clear and effective manner.

Collaborative Team Player:
Work well with others, knowing when to involve specialists or leaders and proactively keeping stakeholders informed.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in account management, customer success, or onboarding/implementation, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.

Experience managing the renewal process and being accountable for retention metrics. This is a commercially focused Customer Success team.
Strong skills in discovery and qualification; familiarity with sales methodologies such as Command of the Message or MEDDIC is preferred.
Demonstrated project management capabilities, with experience holding clients and cross-functional teams accountable to timelines.
Experience with technical products, ideally interacting with developers or other technical stakeholders as primary clients. Experience in the DevOps sector is preferred.
Experience with both proactive and reactive customer success strategies.
While we will provide training on Cervin's offerings, a foundational level of technical knowledge is expected.
Proven ability to advocate for both clients and the organization.

Effectively represent the voice of the customer within the company while balancing client requests with the organization's vision.

Compensation:
Target compensation ranges based on geographic zones for this role.

Cervin is committed to transparency in compensation and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), health, vision, and dental insurance, as well as mental health support.

About Cervin:
Cervin is dedicated to transforming the software delivery landscape, addressing the challenges of slow development cycles, costly outages, and fragmented customer experiences that hinder developers from achieving their best work.

Our platform empowers developers to innovate more rapidly while providing safeguards to revert changes when necessary.

By enabling targeted product experiences for specific customer segments, we maximize the impact of every feature. Our approach to gradual rollouts mitigates the risks associated with large-scale technology migrations.

At Cervin, we believe in the strength of collaborative teams. We are committed to fostering a culture that values humility, openness, collaboration, respect, and kindness. We are an equal opportunity employer and embrace diversity within our workforce.

We do not discriminate based on race, religion, color, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
