Bickle Insurance Services, LLC is on the lookout for a driven and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Commercial Insurance Advisor. The successful candidate will be tasked with both securing new commercial accounts and maintaining relationships with current clients.

Compensation:

$60,000 - $100,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve targets set forth in the yearly sales strategy
  • Identify and pursue new business prospects within existing clientele and targeted demographics
  • Engage potential clients to offer quotes and arrange sales meetings
  • Evaluate client requirements, review existing insurance policies, and conduct Risk Management Assessments
  • Collect detailed underwriting data and loss history
  • Develop and present detailed insurance proposals
  • Work in conjunction with service staff to identify potential markets and submit applications
  • Facilitate client meetings to discuss proposals, renewals, and respond to inquiries
  • Coordinate service calls and resolutions for clients
  • Stay informed on industry developments and participate in training provided by insurance carriers
  • Attend sales meetings and maintain production documentation
  • Promote the agency within the local community
Qualifications:
  • Proven sales performance
  • Ohio Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain)
  • At least three years of sales experience
  • Valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with occasional interruptions
  • Comfortable with extended periods of sitting
  • Professional demeanor for client-facing situations
  • Willingness to travel locally and occasionally out of town
