ROLE OVERVIEW:

As the welcoming face of our establishment, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, whether they are entering the restaurant or utilizing our drive-thru service.

Your role is crucial as you are responsible for delivering friendly greetings and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Every customer is significant, and you have the chance to brighten their day with your service.

Your standards are high; you would never serve anything to a customer that you wouldn’t serve to your own family.

You are the reason our patrons return time and again, and by providing hot, fresh meals and maintaining a clean environment, you create lasting positive impressions.

Additional Requirements:
  • Punctuality and reliability in attendance.
  • Flexibility in scheduling to meet business needs.
  • Ability to operate restaurant equipment safely.
  • Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs and carrying items up to 30 feet.
  • Able to push or pull up to 90 lbs over a distance of 30 feet.
  • Willingness to stand and walk for the majority of the shift.
  • Follow cash handling safety and security protocols.
  • Comply with all safety regulations and company policies.
