POSITION OVERVIEW

The Chief Executive Officer will play a pivotal role in steering the Association towards its next chapter of growth and influence.

Despite challenges faced in recent times, the Association remains resilient and is poised for a future of increased engagement and impact.

The CEO will embody a collaborative, transparent, and dynamic leadership style, providing strategic vision and direction for the organization.

This role involves close collaboration with the Board of Directors and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the Association's mission and goals.


QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to the values and vision of the Association, along with a minimum of seven to ten years of senior-level leadership experience in educational, cultural, or scientific institutions.

Experience in areas such as revenue generation, fundraising, public outreach, strategic planning, program development, board relations, marketing, and communications is essential.

A demonstrated understanding of cultural competence and a commitment to equity and inclusion will be critical for success in this role.
