Position Overview

The MST BA Level Therapist plays a crucial role in delivering Multisystemic Therapy (MST), a comprehensive treatment approach designed for families and communities. This therapy focuses on addressing the various factors contributing to serious antisocial behavior among juvenile offenders and delinquents.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Duties:

  • Implement MST to tackle the multiple influences associated with delinquent behavior.
  • Engage with families, peers, schools, and neighborhoods to foster positive behavioral changes.
  • Utilize the strengths of each system to facilitate effective interventions.
Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Child Development, Counseling, or related Behavioral Sciences.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in case management or direct clinical practice.
Compensation
