At Proud Moments ABA, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in implementing behavioral plans designed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBAs to support individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and effectiveness of individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs to develop and implement training programs for families and caregivers.
  • Provide support and guidance to individuals and their families to ensure successful implementation of treatment plans.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
