Fosun USA is actively expanding its portfolio of specialty injectable products and ophthalmics, focusing on high-value branded innovations. Our strategic direction is to develop late-stage clinical products primarily for the US market while facilitating partnerships for broader market access.

Position Overview:

We seek a seasoned marketing leader to spearhead our Innovative Medicines Team. This pivotal role entails guiding the development of late-stage clinical products and advancing both internal and external assets to enhance our portfolio. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Chief Commercial Officer and the medical team to formulate marketing strategies that support product launches and portfolio growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and lead the strategic marketing function for Innovative Medicines at Fosun Pharma USA.
  • Oversee portfolio planning in alignment with corporate strategy.
  • Collaborate with R&D and other strategic partners to design and implement product development initiatives from a commercial viewpoint.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to create a cohesive launch strategy.
  • Develop brand strategy and oversee its execution in line with business objectives.
  • Enhance Fosun's reputation in the US market, laying the groundwork for future product introductions.
  • Provide insights to global strategy from a US market perspective.
  • Analyze internal and external business challenges, recommending best practices to optimize products and processes.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in Marketing; an MBA is highly desirable.
  • Over 8 years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership in product launches, particularly in Oncology.
  • Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience in Oncology.
  • Additional experience in Sales and Access is advantageous.
  • Proven leadership capabilities with a track record of individual contribution and team collaboration.
  • Experience in developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with omnichannel marketing strategies.
  • Understanding of marketing technologies and their application in product promotion.
  • Demonstrated success in crafting and implementing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and revenue growth.
