Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned marketing leader to join our Innovative Medicines Team. This role will oversee the development of late-stage clinical products and advance both internal and external assets to strengthen our portfolio. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Chief Commercial Officer of Innovative Medicines and serve as the commercial liaison to the medical team, spearheading marketing strategy development in support of product launches and portfolio management. This role is pivotal within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and lead the strategic marketing function for Innovative Medicines at Fosun Pharma USA.
  • Guide portfolio planning in alignment with corporate strategy.
  • Collaborate with R&D and other strategic partners to design and implement product development programs from a commercial viewpoint, leveraging a comprehensive understanding of the product development lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to create an integrated launch strategy.
  • Develop brand strategy and oversee execution in line with business objectives.
  • Enhance Fosun's reputation in the US market, laying the groundwork for future product introductions.
  • Provide insights to the global strategy from a US market perspective.
  • Analyze internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices to optimize products and processes, utilizing industry trend insights to inform decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent marketing experience is required; an MBA is highly preferred.
  • Over 8 years of progressive marketing experience, including leading product launches in oncology.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in oncology marketing.
  • Desirable experience in sales and access within the commercial sector.
  • Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to contribute as an individual and foster team collaboration.
  • Demonstrated expertise in refining and executing brand strategies, leading tactical execution, and managing complex cross-functional teams to achieve brand goals.
  • Experience in launching and marketing a brand through omnichannel strategies.
  • Understanding of marketing technologies and their application in product promotion.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing marketing strategies, key messaging, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and drive revenue growth.
