Office Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Specialist to join our Community Justice team. As an Office Specialist, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing excellent customer service to the public.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Community Justice team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, both physical and electronic.
- Perform a variety of clerical tasks, including data entry, typing, and filing.
- Assist with special projects and events, as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service to the public, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Three years of clerical and office experience, preferably in a government or non-profit setting.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
This is a full-time position, working Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. The successful candidate will be required to pass a criminal background check and provide proof of a valid driver's license.
