Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and personable Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to become a vital part of our ambitious and growth-oriented team. In this role, you will play a key part in attracting new customers and contributing to our overall success. Your responsibilities will include making outbound calls to a targeted audience and utilizing a consultative approach to present our diverse range of products and services.

Your Responsibilities:
As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Engage with customers in person to provide tailored product or service recommendations while successfully closing sales.
  • Address all inquiries, complaints, and questions with utmost professionalism and courtesy, ensuring efficient resolution of issues.
  • Facilitate business transactions related to the establishment of new customer accounts.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company operations and demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Assist the Customer Account Manager by offering suggestions to enhance operational procedures and reduce customer turnover.
  • Participate in ongoing training initiatives, including one-on-one sessions, webinars, and role-playing exercises.

Your Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality.
  • A reputation as a leader within your community or social circles.
  • A solution-oriented mindset with the resilience to tackle challenges positively.
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable in both small and large group settings.
  • A collaborative spirit with a desire to mentor and inspire others.
