Commercial Sales Advisor

CPI Security, a leader in the security and automation solutions industry, is seeking a highly motivated and driven Commercial Sales Advisor to join our team in Columbia, South Carolina.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, present, and sell award-winning security and automation solutions to businesses through lead-generating and prospecting activities.
  • Work closely with customers to identify and meet their security and automation needs, providing valuable service and solutions.
  • Develop and maintain outstanding working relationships with customers and potential customers to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Maintain a schedule of weekly appointments with accounts in assigned locations.
  • Merchandise product sections and build displays to stimulate sales.
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager and team to ensure sales goals are achieved.

  • $60,000 to $90,000 annual average earnings.
  • Base salary guarantee plus commissions on top, with a sign-on bonus of $1,000.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma.
  • 1-2 years of outside sales experience preferred, but will train the right individual.
  • Highly driven and motivated, with a strong work ethic and integrity.
  • Strong time-management, organizational, and prioritization abilities.
  • Demonstrates strong communications skills and professional credibility to influence sales leaders and professionals.
  • Detail-oriented, creative, and decisive.
  • Experience working with a CRM system (i.e., Salesforce) is a plus.
