Job Summary

The Personal Lines Account Executive will serve as the primary business contact, responsible for client satisfaction and providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong analytical and mathematical skills, excellent communication skills, and in-depth knowledge of personal and commercial lines of coverage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop professional business relationships with clients and demonstrate a clear understanding of their core business.
  • Manage client expectations, service commitments, and anticipate their needs.
  • Analyze personal or commercial lines accounts and make decisions based on individual risk characteristics, exposure analysis, hazard recognition, and control.
  • Work with larger and complex accounts and assist clients with the strategic design of insurance plans.
  • Act as field underwriter and authorized representative of the insurance carrier to determine if coverage should be bound.
Requirements
  • College degree preferred.
  • 10 years' experience in the insurance industry required.
  • CPCU and/or Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) Designations, a plus.
  • A Property and Casualty License from the state of domicile is required and must be maintained.
