Personal Lines Account Executive

The Personal Lines Account Executive will serve as the primary business contact, responsible for client satisfaction and providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong analytical and mathematical skills, excellent communication skills, and in-depth knowledge of personal and commercial lines of coverage.
Key Responsibilities- Develop professional business relationships with clients and demonstrate a clear understanding of their core business.
- Manage client expectations, service commitments, and anticipate their needs.
- Analyze personal or commercial lines accounts and make decisions based on individual risk characteristics, exposure analysis, hazard recognition, and control.
- Work with larger and complex accounts and assist clients with the strategic design of insurance plans.
- Act as field underwriter and authorized representative of the insurance carrier to determine if coverage should be bound.
- College degree preferred.
- 10 years' experience in the insurance industry required.
- CPCU and/or Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) Designations, a plus.
- A Property and Casualty License from the state of domicile is required and must be maintained.
