About the Role

Avera is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Support Services Manager to lead our team of professionals in providing exceptional support services to our patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute departmental leadership duties for dietary, laundry, housekeeping, and materials management operations and staff management.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Administrator and Facility Management Team.
  • Interview, hire, develop, train, and retain employees.
  • Plan, assign, and direct work.
  • Appraise performance and reward and discipline employees as needed.
  • Address complaints and resolve problems.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and minimum of one year related experience required.
  • Serve Safe Certificate and Certified Dietary Manager Certificate must be obtained within 1 year of employment.
Work Schedule
  • Monday-Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm, occasional weekends and holidays.
Compensation
  • The hourly range for this position is $24.75 per hour, dependent on experience.
