Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers to develop new project timelines and agendas, ensuring timely updates and maintenance of work plans.
- Regularly check in with team members to confirm that deliverables are on track.
- Lead efforts in process documentation and quality assurance.
- Simultaneously manage multiple projects and activities, ensuring efficient task execution.
- Delegate tasks to grants resources and oversee their completion as part of a cohesive team.

- Provide management and technical guidance in executing various grants management tasks, including:
- Preparing and tracking grants through the review and funding process.
- Facilitating accurate and timely reviews of grant applications, including serving as a panel monitor or review assistant as necessary.
- Engaging with federal and contractor staff to support timely grant reviews, awards, and post-award functions.
- Preparing continuation Financial Assistance Awards (FAAs) and Notices of Award (NOA).
- Reviewing and analyzing grantee performance and federal financial reports.
- Processing grantee waiver requests and applications for facility construction, purchase, and major renovations.
- Monitoring the fiscal performance of grantees, including expenditures and unobligated balances.
- Assisting in the review and resolution of audit findings.
- Conducting monitoring activities, including site visits and ongoing technical assistance.
- Providing regulatory and policy guidance to Head Start and Early Head Start grantees.
- Documenting grantee data and communications in relevant data management systems.
- Maintaining electronic grant files and official documentation.
- Preparing grant closeouts and conducting performance analyses.
- Generating written reports tailored to various stakeholders and audiences.
