Minimum Professional Qualifications:

• Active licensure as a Registered Nurse.

• A minimum of three years of recent critical care experience (ICU, CCU, PICU, NICU, ED, etc.).

• Comprehensive understanding of the critical care environment and clinical applications, including the interpretation of cardiac rhythms, bedside cardiac monitoring devices, and invasive line management.

• Strong initiative, accountability, and professionalism, coupled with a customer service mindset that exceeds expectations.

• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.

• Proficient in computer applications, including Windows and the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Willingness to travel frequently within the country and manage personal travel arrangements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Five years of recent critical care experience.

• Experience in formalized end-user education or in-service training.

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.

• Frequent overnight travel via air, train, and automobile across various time zones.

• Work conditions may vary significantly in terms of cleanliness, comfort, weather, and safety.

• Ability to work autonomously and be managed remotely in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with high demands.

• Exposure to clinical settings may involve risks associated with infectious diseases and hazardous materials.

• Regular physical activities including sitting, standing, walking, reaching, bending, climbing, and crawling for extended periods.

• Responsibilities include effective communication with end-users, monitoring device alarms, and providing training and troubleshooting support.

• Compliance with medical screenings and vaccinations as required by client work or customer work site mandates.
