Job Overview

Position Summary:

As the Training Programs Manager at Victory Live, you will spearhead the design and implementation of effective and scalable training solutions tailored for both our internal teams and external partners. Your main objective will be to develop thorough onboarding and continuous education programs that enable both clients and employees to reach their fullest potential. You will take charge of the deployment of a Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure that our knowledge repositories are always up-to-date, easily navigable, and accessible. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, execute, and oversee impactful training programs for onboarding and continuous education for clients and staff, ensuring they are engaging and effective.
  • Lead the implementation and management of a Learning Management System (LMS) to support and elevate training efforts.
  • Continuously update and maintain internal and external knowledge bases, ensuring they are user-friendly and readily accessible.
  • Work collaboratively with various departments to assess training needs, create customized content, and ensure alignment with the organization’s objectives.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through feedback and performance metrics, making necessary adjustments to enhance results.
  • Analyze training usage data and feedback to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for enhancement, consistently refining our training strategies.
  • Advocate for the learner's perspective within the organization, ensuring their needs and priorities are represented across all functions.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing training programs, education, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing onboarding and training initiatives in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Strong grasp of adult learning theories, instructional design principles, and training assessment methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proven capacity to influence and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data, derive actionable insights, and assess the impact of training programs.
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding learning experiences and a steadfast commitment to learner satisfaction and development.

Additional Information:

  • This is a leadership position that requires strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach to execution.
