About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Operations to join our team at BIBIBOP. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure that all daily operations are running smoothly and efficiently, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Team Development: Train and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Leadership and Teamwork: Demonstrate leadership and promote teamwork among team members, creating an environment where everyone feels empowered and delighted.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure that inventory levels are properly maintained to increase sales volume and control inventory.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Manage the cleaning and maintenance of food service equipment to ensure it is operating safely and efficiently.
  • Financial Management: Be directly responsible for all fund reconciliation and inventory audits.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure that all personnel know and follow all company policies and procedures, and maintain the safety and security of the restaurant.
