**Executive Director, Dairy and Beef Operations**

COBA/Select Sires, Inc. is a farmer-owned and -directed cooperative that provides superior dairy and beef genetics, reproductive products and services to benefit its member-owner-customers. The cooperative serves producers in multiple states and countries, employing over one hundred sales and service professionals.

The Executive Director is responsible for the management of all affairs of the cooperative, ensuring its sound fiscal position and adherence to cooperative principles.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with the farmer-owner-elected Board of Directors
  • Delegating responsibilities to staff and employees consistent with sound management practices
  • Maintaining a sound fiscal position
  • Working with Federated Cooperative and its members to ensure the operation follows true cooperative principles

Background in dairy and beef with experience in Artificial Insemination (A.I.) industry, management, leadership, and farmer-owned cooperatives is highly desirable.

The position will be located at the headquarters of the cooperative, offering a comprehensive benefits package including salary, health insurance, and 401K.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the cooperative's operations, ensuring its continued success and growth.
