- Manage the order lifecycle from receipt through shipment.
- Follow up on all orders, shipments, and products in a thorough and timely manner.
- Ensure shipping dates are set and deadlines are met, providing detailed updates and tracking information.
- Navigate multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred.
- A minimum of two years of experience in customer service in manufacturing or related fields.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and follow-up.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Computer skills, including Excel, Word, and other Mac and/or Windows applications.
