Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Care Specialist to join our team as a Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist in Shelby. This dynamic position offers the opportunity to provide essential respiratory care to patients in various healthcare settings while traveling to different locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver High-Quality Patient Care: Administering respiratory therapy treatments and assessments, collaborating with healthcare teams to develop patient care plans, and monitoring patient progress to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, communicate effectively, and adapt to changing situations.
  • Educate Patients and Families: Provide comprehensive education on respiratory care techniques, empowering patients and families to take an active role in their care.
Requirements:
  • Certifications and Licenses: Current RRT certification and state license required for this position.
  • Experience and Skills: Proven experience in respiratory care, preferably in a travel setting, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to adapt to diverse healthcare environments.
