Job Summary: We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team at Crestwood Healthcare Center. As a COTA, you will play a vital role in helping our residents regain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities:

  • Help clients improve their motor skills, re-enter the labor force, and increase their independence through compensation techniques.
  • Implement treatment plans through direct treatment, education, and collaboration with Occupational Therapists and other team members.
  • Comply with documentation requirements and maintain accurate records under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.

Qualifications: To be eligible for this position, you must have a valid or pending State Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant License and hold a degree from an accredited two-year associate program. Experience working with patients with learning disabilities and injuries is highly desirable.
